How do the dates work?

Each task has a day counted from the start: Day 1, Day 3 and so on. In ActivityTracker you pick a start date or a finish date, and every task lands on a real day. Tasks that repeat keep repeating.

Can I change it after I add it?

Yes. It's your project: rename it, add tasks, delete the ones you don't need. Save your version with Save as template and it's there next time.

What if the project I need isn't here?

About this template

A wedding is a big project run by two people with full-time jobs. The stress comes from decisions left late: the venue that books out, the invitations that go out too close to the date.

Dates count forward from today with the wedding about a year out. Early sections are the big decisions that everything else waits on. In Singapore, add the ROM registration and any customary ceremonies to the timeline.

Tips from the template
