About this template
A habit is thirty tick marks. This project is one habit as a daily repeating task, weekly check-ins that ask what got in the way, and a day-30 task where you decide to keep it, change it or drop it.
Tips from the template
- Rename the daily task to the habit, written as the smallest version you would still count.
- Miss a day, never two.
- On day 30 you may drop it. That is a real option, and taking it is fine.
