About this template
A quarter plans itself if you do not. This project is the last week of one quarter and the first of the next: review the numbers, pick three goals, set the roadmap and the budget against them, and tell the team in one meeting.
Tips from the template
- Apply it a week before the quarter ends.
- Three goals, written as outcomes; the OKRs template holds the shape.
- The team meeting is the deadline for everything above it.
