About this template
Goals set in January are usually forgotten by March, because nothing in an ordinary week points at them.
Each goal is a section with its reason, milestones on dates and the first small step due this week. A monthly check-in keeps them in view.
Tips from the template
- Pick no more than three goals.
- Write the reason in the first task: you will need it in month four.
- At the monthly check-in, keep the goal and change the plan if it is not working.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find Personal goals and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
