About this template
A newsletter goes out on time when the week has a shape. This project is one issue over five days with the checks people skip: the links, the test send, the subject line written last.
Tips from the template
- Copy it per issue, or keep one and reset the dates.
- Write the subject line last.
- Note the open and click numbers in the last task so the next issue learns.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find Newsletter issue and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
