About this template

An incident is only wasted if nothing changes after it. This project is the week after one: the timeline while memories are fresh, the blameless review, the actions with owners and dates, and a check a month later that they were done.

Tips from the template

  • Apply it the day of the incident.
  • The timeline is written by whoever was on call, within 24 hours.
  • Every action gets an owner and a date, or it is not an action.

How to use it in ActivityTracker
