About this template

Releases go wrong in known ways. This checklist is the known ways: the freeze and the tests the day before, the announcement and the rollback plan, the hour of watching after, and the day-after check on the numbers.

Tips from the template

  • Apply it the day before each release.
  • Write the rollback steps before the release starts.
