About this template
Small teams lose time on work that was started before anyone agreed what done meant. This board puts a Ready column between the backlog and the work: a card moves there only when it has acceptance criteria and a size. The team rituals sit in their own column as repeating tasks.
Assign each card to its owner, and keep in progress to about two cards per person.
Tips from the template
- A card is ready when someone else could build it from the description.
- Pull from Ready; do not start from the backlog.
- Shipped means users have it. Merged code still sits in Testing.

- 2Find Dev team board and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
