About this template
Features overrun when the spec is written after the code. This project starts with the problem and what done looks like, gets the design and the edge cases agreed, then builds, tests and releases behind a switch, and checks the numbers a week later.
Rename it to the feature. The dates assume about three weeks; stretch them if the feature is larger.
