About this template

Customers forgive a bug more easily than silence. Issues go wrong when a ticket is passed to engineering and nobody tells the customer anything for two weeks.

Each issue is a task that moves through the sections: reported, confirmed, being fixed, fixed and waiting to tell the customer, closed. A daily check keeps anything from sitting still.

Tips from the template

Add one task per issue, with every affected customer in the description.
Set priority by how many people it affects and how badly.
Close an issue only after the customer has heard back.

3Check the name the new project gets, and change it if you like.
