About this template

Feature requests arrive through chat, email, calls and sales, and most get lost. The ones that are kept pile up as duplicates with no count of how many people asked.

Each request is a task with who asked in the description. A weekly triage merges and sorts them, and a monthly review decides what goes on the roadmap and who to tell.

Tips from the template

Add one task per distinct request and list every customer who asked in its description.
Move requests between sections at the weekly triage.
When something ships, reply to everyone on the list.

2Find Feature requests and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
3Check the name the new project gets, and change it if you like.
4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
