        About this template

A design team that takes requests over chat ends up with no queue, no briefs and no idea what is late. This board is the single door: every request is a card with a short brief, and it moves through intake, briefed, in design, review and delivered.

The example cards show the brief fields to ask for. The routine column holds the weekly triage.

        Tips from the template

        • Nothing starts without the brief filled in.
        • Put the due date the requester needs on the card.
        • Two review rounds per request, agreed at intake.
