About this template
A design sprint answers one big question in five days instead of five months. The team maps the problem on Monday, sketches solutions on Tuesday, picks one on Wednesday, builds a realistic prototype on Thursday and watches five users try it on Friday.
The prep section runs in the week before. Apply the template so day one lands on the Monday the sprint starts.
Tips from the template
- Book the whole team for all five days. Part-time sprints fail.
- Recruit the Friday testers in the prep week.
- One person decides on Wednesday.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find Five-day design sprint and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
