About this template
Companies die of cash, and cash is a spreadsheet you update every week. This project is that habit: a thirteen-week forecast refreshed weekly, the chase on what is owed, the plan for what you owe, and one number (months of runway) you can say out loud.
Tips from the template
- Refresh the forecast on the same day every week.
- Chase at 7, 14 and 30 days; the 30-day call is a phone call.
- Write the runway number in the forecast task each week.
