About this template
For a freelancer or a small business owner who does their own books. Money problems usually start as small gaps: an invoice not sent, a receipt lost, a bank line nobody can explain three months later.
The project runs on repeats. Invoicing and receipts are weekly, reconciliation is monthly, and the tax and GST dates sit in their own section so they are never a surprise. In Singapore that means IRAS; elsewhere, swap in your own tax office.
Tips from the template
- Set the weekly tasks to the day you actually do admin.
- Change the tax dates to your own financial year and filing deadlines.
- Label anything you are waiting on from a client or your accountant as waiting.
