About this template
A work trip has two halves: getting yourself there with everything you need, and making sure nothing at the office stalls while you are gone. Most checklists only cover the first.
Dates count back from the day you fly. Sections follow the order the work really happens, from the passport check two weeks out to the expense claim when you land back.
Tips from the template
- Apply it about two weeks before you fly, so the date offsets land right.
- Delete the visa task if you do not need one.
- Keep the claim task until the money is in your account.
