LevelEleven alternative

LevelEleven alternative: a weekly scorecard without Salesforce behind it

LevelEleven, now part of Ascent Cloud, runs inside Salesforce. ActivityTracker builds the week from the calls and meetings your reps tap in on their phones.

The short version

Pick LevelEleven if your team works in Salesforce all day and you want scorecards and competitions inside it. Pick ActivityTracker if you don't run on Salesforce and want your reps to log the work themselves.

Who should pick which

Stay with LevelEleven if

  • your team works in Salesforce every day
  • you want scorecards that update when a Salesforce record is saved
  • you also plan territories or field routes with Ascent Cloud's Territory Planner and Geopointe

Pick ActivityTracker if

  • your team doesn't use Salesforce, or barely updates it
  • you want reps to log calls and meetings in one tap on their phones
  • you want the week's rankings posted in your team's WhatsApp or Telegram group

Where LevelEleven is strong

LevelEleven is built natively on Salesforce, so scorecards and leaderboards update the moment a record is saved there, and it uses Salesforce's own security settings. Ascent Cloud sells it beside Territory Planner and Geopointe, so territory planning, field routes and coaching sit in one suite, and Ascent Cloud says it's installed by 1,000+ sales teams. For a team that runs on Salesforce and has an admin, it fits tightly.

The three differences that matter

No Salesforce to set up first

LevelEleven reads what's in Salesforce. In ActivityTracker, a rep taps a call as they hang up and it's points on the board, so a team without Salesforce can start this week.

The rankings land in the group chat

LevelEleven sends alerts to Slack. ActivityTracker posts the week's top names to your team's WhatsApp or Telegram group on the day and time you pick, and reps can share a card with their rank and points.

The 1:1 starts from their week

Open a rep's file and ask for a prep: one thing to open with, two questions in the words of their own check-in, and one thing to recognise. Your notes stay in that rep's file for next time.

Switching in three steps

  1. Set your activities and what each is worth, like a call for 1 point and a meeting for 3.
  2. Invite the team, and each rep logs from their own phone.
  3. Pick the group chat and the time for the weekly rankings post.
