Sales gamification software

Best sales gamification software, including picks for teams without a CRM admin

Seven tools compared on where the scores come from, what they cost, and which ones you can run without someone keeping the CRM clean.

We make ActivityTracker. It's in this list, and so are six tools that suit some teams better.

Quick picks

  • ActivityTracker: best when reps log their own calls and meetings, and you want a weekly board where each rep chases their own target.
  • Spinify: best for many competition formats and TV displays fed by your CRM, with the option to have Spinify run it for you.
  • SalesScreen: best for teams of 10 or more that want missions, battles, levels and a reward shop.
  • Plecto: best for KPI dashboards on the office TV, pulled from the CRM, phone and helpdesk systems you already have.
  • Ambition: best for revenue teams that want coaching programmes, forecasts and scorecards in one system.
  • LevelEleven: best for Salesforce teams that want scorecards and competitions inside Salesforce.
  • Hoopla: best for putting the board and win announcements on every TV in the office.

How we picked

  • Where the scores come from: a rep's tap, a CRM integration, or both. A board fed by a half-empty CRM ranks the reps who update it, not the reps who sell.
  • Whether the middle of the team has something to win, not just the top two.
  • The price you can see before a demo.
  • Who the vendor says it's for.

ActivityTracker

We make ActivityTracker.

Calls, meetings and proposals score points the day a rep logs them, and your team decides what each one is worth. The board starts again every Monday, and each rep sees their own target next to their score, so the rep in sixth place still has a good week to aim for. Every day a rep logs, their streak goes up by one, and rewards you set in points give them something to claim. On the day and time you pick, the week's rankings go to your team's WhatsApp or Telegram group.

  • Best for: teams of 5 to 30 who sell on the phone and in person, with no CRM feeding a board.
  • Pick something else if: you want competitions on the office TV built from CRM data. Spinify, Plecto and Hoopla are built for that.
  • Price: See pricing

Spinify

Spinify turns CRM activity into leaderboards, automated competitions and AI coaching, on TV, web and mobile. It connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Excel, Slack and Microsoft Teams, among others. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ in how much of the running Spinify does for you. Spinify cites 4.6 out of 5 from 1,000+ G2 reviews.

  • Best for: teams with CRM data who want many competition formats and TV displays.
  • Pick something else if: your reps don't keep the CRM up to date.
  • Price: four service levels, from self-serve to fully managed, each with every feature. The pricing page didn't print numbers when we read it on 27 September 2026.

SalesScreen

SalesScreen pairs its competitions with Scout AI, which scans calls, meetings, follow-ups and pipeline movement to flag reps drifting off pace. It has TV screens, battles, missions, XP and levels, achievements and a reward shop, native Salesforce and HubSpot integrations, and a mobile app.

  • Best for: teams of 10 or more that want a full programme with missions and a reward shop.
  • Pick something else if: you want to see a per-user price before you book a demo.
  • Price: Essentials starts with a 30-day free trial, no credit card, then runs monthly. Scale is for teams of at least 10 and Pro for at least 15, priced per user a month but not printed. Add-ons are US$5 per user a month. From their pricing page on 27 September 2026.

Plecto

Plecto shows KPIs on TV dashboards and phones, pulled from your CRM, phone and helpdesk systems through 150+ integrations, and you can build your own KPI formulas. Its Large plan adds contests, a reward store, a spinning wheel and one-on-ones. Managers who only view the dashboards don't need a license.

  • Best for: teams with data in a CRM, phone or helpdesk system who want it on a screen.
  • Pick something else if: you have under 10 people to track. The paid plans start at 10 licenses.
  • Price: Medium US$24 and Large US$37.20 per tracked license a month, minimum 10, billed annually, from their pricing page on 27 September 2026. 14-day free trial.

Ambition

Ambition calls itself an execution operating system for revenue teams. Its Starter plan has leaderboards and competitions, activity and objective scorecards, and automated accolades. The higher plans add coaching pre-reads, calendar sync, pipeline snapshots and conversation data, and it connects to Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex.

  • Best for: revenue teams that want coaching programmes, forecasts and scorecards in one system.
  • Pick something else if: you're a small team that wants to start without a demo.
  • Price: Starter US$45, Coaching Orchestration US$65 and Enterprise US$75 per user a month, with AI add-ons from US$4, from their pricing page on 27 September 2026.

LevelEleven

LevelEleven is now sold by Ascent Cloud, beside Territory Planner and Geopointe, and leveleleven.com opens Ascent Cloud's LevelEleven page. It's built natively on Salesforce, so scorecards and leaderboards update when a record is saved there. It adds competitions, badges, coaching notes and templates, a Goal Engine and Slack alerts.

  • Best for: Salesforce teams that want scorecards, competitions and coaching inside Salesforce.
  • Pick something else if: your team doesn't run on Salesforce.
  • Price: not printed. Ascent Cloud's pricing page asks for your team size and products, then sends a quote.

Hoopla

Hoopla says it created the category in 2010. It puts leaderboards, contests and win announcements on office TVs, with free plug-and-play TV hardware, and on desktops and an iOS and Android app. It has a rewards store and a leaderboard widget inside Salesforce, and it pulls data from Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Pipedrive, Google Sheets and more.

  • Best for: offices that want the board on every screen, fed by the CRM.
  • Pick something else if: you want to see a price before a demo.
  • Price: not printed. Its pricing link opens the demo page, and a 30-day free trial is offered after a demo.

How to choose, by your situation

  • Reps log their own calls, nobody updates the CRM, and you want the whole team chasing a number each week: ActivityTracker.
  • Your CRM is current and you'd like a new competition on the office TV every month: Spinify or Hoopla.
  • Ten or more reps, and you want missions and a reward shop: SalesScreen.
  • The numbers already sit in your CRM, phone system and helpdesk, and all you need is one screen that shows them together: Plecto.
  • Salesforce, with coaching tied to scorecards: LevelEleven or Ambition.
