What to bring, sent after booking

Every message as it is sent. The app puts your own name and business where it says [Your name] and [Your business], {{Name}} is the contact's first name, and a word that starts with $ is filled in from the chat.

When: Status changes

Their status becomes Booked

  1. 1

    Wait

    Wait 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Send a message

All booked, {{Name}}. It usually takes about 45 minutes. --- If you have any policies already in place, having them to hand helps, but there is nothing you need to prepare. Bring your questions and we will go from there.

What it does

One message after a booking that makes the meeting itself shorter: what to have to hand, how long it takes, and nothing to do before it.

How to use it in ActivityTracker

  1. 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
  2. 2Pick the one called "What to bring, sent after booking". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
  3. 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
  4. 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.

It sends from the WhatsApp you already use, linked as a device the way WhatsApp Web is. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace.
