Hi {{Name}}, [Your name] here. We spoke a while back and it went quiet, which is usually my fault rather than yours. Is this still something you want to sort out, or shall I close it off?

How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
- 2Pick the one called "Wake a lead who went quiet". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
- 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
- 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.
It sends from the WhatsApp you already use, linked as a device the way WhatsApp Web is. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace.

Workflows like this one
When a chat is closed - by your AI agent after a hand-over, or by you - wait a day and ask one question, so a finished thread is not a lost lead.
7 stepsTwo days after a broadcast reaches somebody, one short nudge asks whether it is worth a chat. It stops the moment they reply to the broadcast itself, so nobody who already answered is chased, and whoever says yes is handed to you.
10 stepsTag somebody waiting-docs and this asks for the paperwork, reminds them two days later, and tells you when it has still not arrived.
