Ask a question
Hi {{Name}}, [Your name] here. It has been about a year since we last went through your plans. Things change - a new job, a new baby, a new home - and it is worth 20 minutes to check nothing has been left behind. Shall we book a quick review?

What it does

How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
- 2Pick the one called "Annual review nudge". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
- 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
- 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.
It sends from the WhatsApp you already use, linked as a device the way WhatsApp Web is. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace.
