Least busy chat assignment: every step, in order, before you switch it on
Share incoming conversations by who is least busy rather than by turn, so nobody ends up with a queue while somebody else has none.

Assignment: whoever has the fewest open chats
Every step in the order it runs. This one sends the contact nothing; it only records what happened.

Hands the chat to whoever has the fewest open chats
What it does
Share incoming conversations by who is least busy rather than by turn, so nobody ends up with a queue while somebody else has none.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
- 2Pick the one called "Assignment: whoever has the fewest open chats". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
- 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
- 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.
It sends from the WhatsApp you already use, linked as a device the way WhatsApp Web is. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace.

Workflows like this one
Inside working hours a conversation goes to the team in turn. Outside them it is held with a message that says when somebody will answer.
3 stepsTake a closed conversation off whoever had it, so the next time that person writes in they are shared out fairly instead of going back to the same desk.
1 stepA button in the Inbox. Whoever is on the chat fills in one form, the contact hears that it is being looked at, and it lands on you with the summary attached.
