Is the social media calendar template free?

How do the dates work?

Each task has a day counted from the start: Day 1, Day 3 and so on. In ActivityTracker you pick a start date or a finish date, and every task lands on a real day. Tasks that repeat keep repeating.

Can I change it after I add it?

Yes. It's your project: rename it, add tasks, delete the ones you don't need. Save your version with Save as template and it's there next time.

What if the project I need isn't here?

About this template

Each channel wants its own format and its own rhythm. This board gives every channel a column, so you can see at a glance which one has nothing lined up for next week. Posts are cards with a due date for when they go out.

Drop the channels you do not use and add the ones you do.

Tips from the template

Park raw ideas in Ideas; move one into a channel when you write it.
Put the post date on the card.
Tick a card off once it is live. Written is not done.
