About this template
A general project plan for work that has a start, an end and more than one person on it. Projects slip in the middle, when a milestone has no owner or nobody checks status until it is late.
Sections follow the life of a project. Each milestone is a task with its steps inside, an owner in the title and a date counted from kick-off. A weekly status check runs until you close the project.
Tips from the template
- Rename the milestones to your own and add the owner's name to each.
- Adjust the dates once the real deadline is agreed.
- Delete the weekly status task when the project closes.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Tasks and choose Templates.
- 2Find Project tracker and open it. You see every section and task before anything is added.
- 3Pick the day you start, or the day it has to be done by. Every date moves with it.
- 4Press Use template. Rename the project, then work down the list.
