About this template

For the manager of a new hire. Most people decide within their first weeks whether they made a good choice, and a missing laptop on day one or no plan for week two are what tip it.

Dates count from today with the start date a week out. Setup happens before they arrive, and the first 90 days have check-ins at 30, 60 and 90 days.

Tips from the template

  • Apply it a week before the start date, or shift the dates.
  • Name the project after the new hire.
  • Give the new hire the first-week tasks so they can tick them off too.
