Warm

  • Happy Deepavali! May the festival of lights bring you and your family joy, good health and a bright year ahead. Thank you for your trust.

  • Happy Deepavali! I hope the day is full of light, good food and time with family. Wishing you and your loved ones a bright year ahead.

Formal

  • Wishing you and your family a happy Deepavali. May the festival of lights bring you joy, good health and prosperity.

  • Warm wishes to you and your family for a happy Deepavali, and a year of good health and happiness.

Short

Before you send: getting the greeting right

  • Deepavali, or Diwali, translates to 'a row of lights', which is why it's known as the Festival of Lights.

Keep it personal: add their name and yours

The festive greeting generator puts the client's name in the greeting and signs it with yours, and your company's if you add it.

Add names to a Deepavali greeting

Send them on time, one client at a time

  • The morning of the festival
  • The evening before, if you won't be free on the day
  • To each client on their own, with their name in it
  • On its own, never in the same message as a reminder

See who's due a message before the festival, not after

The greetings are free. ActivityTracker, the app we make, is paid, and it keeps your clients and their chats in one place.

  • Link your WhatsApp number, and each client's chats sit on their record, so you can see when you last spoke
  • A week before Deepavali, the clients you haven't spoken to in 30 days are at the top of your list
  • Save your greeting as a quick reply, then type a slash to bring it up in each chat
  • Keep a note on each client's record of the festivals they celebrate
