Before you send: getting the greeting right
- Gong xi fa cai is the usual Mandarin greeting. It wishes the person happiness and prosperity.
- The celebrations last 15 days, with visits to family and friends, so a greeting in the first few days arrives in the middle of them.

Keep it personal: add their name and yours
The festive greeting generator puts the client's name in the greeting and signs it with yours, and your company's if you add it.
Add names to a Chinese New Year greetingSend them on time, one client at a time
- The morning of the festival
- The evening before, if you won't be free on the day
- To each client on their own, with their name in it
- On its own, never in the same message as a reminder
See who's due a message before the festival, not after
The greetings are free. ActivityTracker, the app we make, is paid, and it keeps your clients and their chats in one place.
- Link your WhatsApp number, and each client's chats sit on their record, so you can see when you last spoke
- A week before Chinese New Year, the clients you haven't spoken to in 30 days are at the top of your list
- Save your greeting as a quick reply, then type a slash to bring it up in each chat
- Keep a note on each client's record of the festivals they celebrate
