The short version
- Anyone on the team can connect it: tap Connect Telegram in the app, then Start in Telegram.
- Reminders arrive with Done and Snooze on the message, so you tick off a follow-up without opening the app.
- Log a call, check your tasks, save a note or get today's brief with one command.
- You choose which messages it sends, one switch each, plus quiet hours.
- A team's Telegram group can get a post when someone books an appointment or closes a deal.
How to link Telegram in under a minute
- In the app, open Integrations and tap Connect Telegram.
- Telegram opens a chat with the ActivityTracker assistant. Tap Start.
- The app shows Connected. Tap Send me a test message to check it works.
The link from step 1 is good for 15 minutes. If Telegram doesn't open, the card gives you the link to tap instead.
What it sends you, and when
Each of these has its own switch under Choose what it sends you, and you can set quiet hours. Reminders come from your follow-ups and routines.
| Message | What's in it | When |
|---|---|---|
| Morning brief | What's due, what's on the calendar, what's still open | Every day, at the hour you pick |
| Progress check-in | Where you are against your weekly goal, and the quickest way back to pace | On your team's schedule |
| Weekly wrap | The week against target, change since last week, business closed, best day | Once a week |
| Task reminders | The task, with Done and Snooze on the message | At the minute you set |
| Routine nudges | A routine that isn't done yet, with Done, Snooze and Mute | On the routine's own schedule |
| Streak about to break | Nothing logged today, with a run of 3 days or more at stake | 8pm, only when it's true |
| Weekly reflection still open | A reminder, with an offer to write it in the chat | Friday 5pm, only if it's unwritten |
| Someone needs you | A task assigned to you, a chat handed to you, a comment on your task | As it happens |
What you can do from the chat
Message it the way you'd message a colleague: questions, notes, voice notes or photos. A few commands land in one tap:
- /log to log an activity
- /tasks for your open to-dos, to complete or open
- /brief for today: what's due, what's coming, your timetable
- /note to save a note exactly as you typed it
- /reflect for this week's reflection questions
- /team for managers, to see your people this week
- /alerts off or /alerts on to mute what it sends unprompted
- /unlink to disconnect
When it needs a go-ahead, it asks you to tap Yes or Cancel.
Team wins posted to your Telegram group
An admin can have your team's Telegram group get a post when someone sets an appointment or closes a deal, and set up check-ins and a weekly review there too. The week's top names from the leaderboard can go to the group as well: the top three, the top five or the full list.
What the bot can't see
- It acts with your account, so it sees only what you can see in the app.
- It reads only what you send it. It doesn't read your other Telegram chats.
- It isn't a Telegram inbox for clients. Your client chats live in the WhatsApp inbox.
- If you disconnect, it stops every message it sends, and that includes reminders you'd already set. Your tasks, notes and activity stay.
