It takes a minute, and the sheet changes as you type.
The default numbers, from the worked example for a pledge. The rates are made up.
Say the goal is 3 deals a month, and 1 held meeting in 4 closes. That's 12 held meetings a month.
If 3 booked meetings in 4 go ahead, that's 16 booked. If 1 call in 10 books one, that's 160 calls.
Over four weeks the pledge is 40 calls, 4 meetings booked and 3 held a week.
Over five days that's 8 calls a day, and a meeting booked on most days.
Fill it in on Friday or Monday morning, and check it together at the end of the week.
The sheet is free. ActivityTracker, the app we make, is paid, and it keeps the pledge on the leaderboard.
A rep's written commitment to a number of activities in a week, such as 40 calls and 4 meetings booked, usually worked back from their goal. Our glossary's pledge entry has a worked example.
Each activity with its number for the week, what that means a day, a box for each day, and a line for the rep and the manager to sign.
Work back from your goal through your rates. The activity calculator does it: put in your goal and it gives the calls and meetings a week.
You set a pledge yourself, in activity. A quota is set for you, in sales, and your pay is measured against it.
Talk about what got in the way, and whether the number was right. Keep the pledge within reach, because one you miss every week stops meaning anything.
4 meetings over five days is 0.8 a day, so most days need one. The sheet shows the exact share rather than rounding it up.
Yes, and there's no sign-up. Print it, or the Copy link button saves your numbers in the link.
Keep using the sheet for free. The app keeps the pledge on the leaderboard all week.
