Appointment reminder message: every step, in order, before you switch it on

What it does
The moment somebody reaches Booked, this waits and reminds them, and asks whether the time still works so a change comes to you rather than to nobody.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
- 2Pick the one called "Remind them the day before". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
- 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
- 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.
It sends from the WhatsApp you already use, linked as a device the way WhatsApp Web is. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace.

Workflows like this one
Tag somebody met and this thanks them an hour later, says what happens next, and asks the question that gets a decision moving.
5 stepsWhen a lead reaches Booked - by your AI agent, a workflow or your own hand - confirm it, tell them what to bring, and put it in front of you.
4 stepsTag somebody no-show and this gives them a graceful way back in within the hour, before it turns into an awkward thing neither of you mentions again.
