What it does
A lead who lands in the evening hears something straight away instead of silence, and gets the real opening the next working morning.
How to use it in ActivityTracker
- 1Open Workflows and choose Start with a template.
- 2Pick the one called "New lead after hours". It opens as a draft with every step drawn and your name and business filled in.
- 3Change any words you like, then press Test to try it in a test chat.
- 4Publish it when it reads right. Nothing is sent before that, and you can stop it any time.
It sends from the WhatsApp you already use, linked as a device the way WhatsApp Web is. WhatsApp's help centre warns that linking through unofficial apps "may put your account at risk", so workflow messages wait their turn at your number's pace.

Workflows like this one
Deliver the download a lead signed up for, give them a day with it, then ask the one question that turns a reader into a conversation. Opens with the delivery message blank, so it cannot publish until you attach the guide and write the line that comes with it.
5 stepsFor leads from your Facebook forms. Each time one becomes Replied, Booked, Won or Lost, Meta hears about it, so your ads learn which leads turn into clients.
1 stepText every new lead, wait for their reply, then answer by what they said: book the keen ones, hand questions to your AI agent, and pass everything else to you.
