About this template
A course gets made when the recording starts before the outline is perfect. This project is eight weeks: the outline in week one, a lesson recorded every session, the edit and the platform in parallel, and a small launch to people who already asked.
Tips from the template
- Sell it to ten people before you record; the outline improves overnight.
- Record in batches; set up once, record three.
- Launch to the waiting list first.
