See how much of your quota you've closed, where this pace ends the period and what each week still needs. Managers can split a team target into quotas.
You're at 37.5% of quota
It takes a minute, and the answer changes as you type.
The sums behind the default numbers. Put the same numbers in and you'll get the same answer.
A $120,000 quarter with $45,000 closed after 6 of 13 weeks is 37.5% of quota.
6 of 13 weeks is 46.2% of the time, so an even pace had $55,385 closed by now. You're about $10,385 behind.
The other $75,000 over 7 weeks is $10,714 a week, against $9,231 a week on the plan.
Keep closing $7,500 a week, as you have so far, and the quarter ends on $97,500, or 81.3%.
The second tab is for managers. Put in the team's target and your reps, with new reps on part of a full quota.
Run it at the same point each week, so a slow week shows while there's time to catch up.
The calculator is free. ActivityTracker, the app we make, is paid, and it keeps your pace in front of you.
What you've closed divided by your quota, times 100. $45,000 closed against a $120,000 quota is 37.5%. Our glossary's quota attainment entry works out a team's figure too.
You've closed less than an even share of the quota for the time gone. At 6 of 13 weeks, an even share of $120,000 is $55,385.
Weeks are what you plan in, and a quarter's months aren't equal weeks of selling. Use 13 for a quarter or 52 for a year.
Not always. If your deals bunch up at the end of the quarter, a slow week six can be normal for you. Compare with the same week last quarter.
Count each full rep as 1 and each new rep as their share of a full quota, then divide the target by the total. 4 full reps and 2 at 50% count as 5. Our glossary's quota entry covers how quotas are set.
100% is the target by definition. Compare with your own team's history rather than a figure from another company.
This one tells you where you stand against your quota. The activity calculator turns what's left into calls and meetings a week.
